The Durham team approached Crombie to redesign their staff newsletter, giving it a wider appeal to encompass both academic and non-academic staff and students. In order to encourage a more diverse readership, we produced a glossy magazine style publication, in a compact and handy format. The publication was renamed ‘DIALOGUE’ to illustrate the open communication within the University community, and an outdoor campaign around campus was designed to announce the re-launch. ‘Dialogue’ is now being successfully used for all internal communications and engagement issues.
