Kirkstone are a specialist commercial property asset and development management company. They pride themselves on a proven track record in the UK’s retail and commercial property markets. Crombie were asked to design and build a website which would showcase their expertise, market experience and unique offering in a visually engaging way. The first part of the project was to develop a strapline that would set them apart from competitors. 'Intelligent asset management, strategic property management' captures the essence of their offering whilst communicating the added value of their service. Although Kirkstone are a small team they have vast experience and the website makes strong use of imagery and key messaging to position them as a serious and knowledgeable player. Use of impressive case studies help to position them as experts in the field.
