Police Complaints Commissioner for Scotland

The Police Complaints Commissioner for Scotland (PCCS) is at the forefront of influencing how the police handle complaints from the public. After a creative pitch process, our team were retained to design and produce the Annual Report and Accounts 2009/10, as well as the Annual Statistical Return 2010. The design highlights the organisations best practice approach with a culture of improvement in complaints handling, while highlighting the lessons learned from individual complaints. The document, which was delivered to key stakeholders, delivers a set of proposals and actions to key audiences across Scotland. The design approach and colour template tie in closely with the new PCCS branding, which was introduced earlier in the year. Christine McAllister, Communications Manager, at PCCS commented ‘Crombie’s interpretation of both our brief and our new branding was exactly what we had in mind. This, coupled with the flexible project handling we have received since the appointment, ensured we made the right choice in Crombie.’ We have subsequently created the Corporate Plan, a set of corporate leaflets and other collateral.
