Aberdeen Gateway is a strategic landmark business park located on the main arterial route into the city. It offers office and industrial occupiers modern, high quality and tailor made property solutions. Working closely with the letting agents we created a brand that positions the development as a new business quarter. We developed complimentary marketing material, including; a letting brochure with inserts; site signage and advertising. Linking into the name as well as its strategic location we developed a theme that plays on the 'accessibility' of the park, which was rolled out across the letting material promoting these key features.
