Lothian & Borders Police (LBP) initially approached Crombie to create their Winter Safety Campaign '08 which included press, radio and bus advertising, ad trailers and smokers ash-stands outside clubs and pubs. The campaign was the first initiative of the force to adopt the newly launched identity. Following on the success of the campaign Crombie have subsequently designed literature and supporting pop up display units for several force initiatives, redesigned the newsletter, art directed photo shoots and designed and produced the 2008 annual report and accounts. As Elayne Grimes, Head of Corporate Communications at LBP added ‘its an exciting time for the force with the rebrand and it was imperative that we had real dynamism to support this.'
